My team and I handle all the heavy lifting, bringing the masks, jackets, and weapons directly to your office or venue. We start from the absolute basics, meaning your team will be sparring safely within the first hour of the session. ### How We Run a Session We offer two main formats depending on your team size and time. The Express Fencing Ice-Breaker is a 90 to 120-minute session designed to get everyone moving. We start with agility drills using ladders, move to technical instruction on the 'on guard' stance and lunge, and finish with controlled sparring. It is designed to be a low-pressure, high-engagement activity. If you are looking for something more structured, the Half-Day Fencing Championship lasts 4 to 5 hours. This includes strategic modules, in-depth conditioning, and a full tournament format with medals for winners. We manage the bout sheets and fixtures so you can focus on the competition. ### Why Choose Fencing for Team Building I call fencing 'physical chess'. It is not just about moving fast; it is about decision-making under pressure. When your team learns to observe, orient, decide, and act on the piste, they are building the same focus and resilience needed in the boardroom. It levels the playing field because everyone is learning a new skill together. ### Logistics and Safety We cover venues across Bengaluru, from Peenya to Indiranagar. Hygiene is a priority, so all jackets are laundered and masks are sanitized before arrival. We provide FIE-standard 350N protective gear and safe, non-electric dry foils with blunted tips. Your office conference room or a hotel hall is all the space we need to create a professional fencing arena. ## About Lohith Vijay I am Lohith, and I founded the Bengaluru Fencing Club to share the mental strategy behind the sport.
