Most clients are surprised by how much lighting changes the mood, so I incorporate LED PAR cans to wash the backdrop in soft tones that make your custom signage pop. This balance between structure and softness is what sets my pastel work apart from standard balloon decorations. Designing a pastel and pearl theme is a delicate exercise in texture. While many opt for standard arrangements, I layer chrome, matte, and double-stuffed balloons to create organic, fluid shapes that mimic the softness of a cloud. My setups in Delhi-NCR often utilize an 8ft or 12ft backdrop, which I then accent with custom 3D cutouts, sequin panels, and that signature pearl draping. When we discuss your venue, whether it is a cozy indoor space or an outdoor lawn, I adjust the installation to suit the local lighting conditions. For evening events, I weave in fairy lights and neon signage, while daytime parties benefit from my use of floral arches and natural textures like wicker or wooden pedestals. My process starts with understanding the scale of your celebration. From intimate cake-cutting stations to full hall takeovers, I ensure the entrance, the main stage, and the photo zones share a cohesive color story. If you have a specific shade of blush, burgundy, or dusty rose in mind, I will match your balloon palette and florals to that exact vision, ensuring the final result feels like a storybook setting tailored to your event. ## About Bela by Aparna I am Aparna, and I believe a celebration should not just be an event, but a universe of its own. I chase the details—the flicker of a candle, the curve of a drape, the specific shade of blush—to make your party feel like a handwritten story.
