## About Cricket Strength & Conditioning

I help cricketers become better athletes, not just gym strong. I've been on the field myself, so I know what it takes. My process is straight up: train for what cricket actually needs, not just what looks cool on Insta reels.

### How I Train You

It's all about movement, not just muscles. We drill the basics - squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry - because those are what transfer to your batting, bowling, or fielding. No random, fancy stuff. Jo kaam ka hai, wahi karenge (We’ll do only what works).

### What You’ll Get

- Full S&C program for every aspect: strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention
- Power development for batters to boost your hitting and balance
- Fast bowler injury prevention and explosive speed work
- Agility drills for fielders to sharpen your first step and throws
- Loads of focus on rotational power for cricket performance

### Real Talk

We start with tests - speed, power, mobility - to see where you're at. It’s all about the process. Some days will suck, sometimes progress feels slow, but I’m with you for every rep. Yeh safar asaan nahi hai, par mazaa bhi wahi hai (The journey isn’t easy, but that’s where the fun is).

## Meet your expert

[Hitesh Sharma](https://mytribe.in/be.an.athlete)

### My story

I grew up with cricket in my veins. Now I’m a strength & conditioning coach, but trust me, it’s not been easy. Bohot struggle kiya hai (Struggled a lot) - mind, body, heart, sab kuch (everything). I’m all about the grind, early mornings, cold showers, and coffee. I’m not perfect, just stubborn about the process. Sometimes I take a break for a long drive or family hike. Fitness isn’t just muscles, it’s life itself. Minute by minute, rep by rep, I’m still at it.

### My work

- **Cricket Fitness & Sport-Specific Conditioning**: I help athletes train for cricket strength, explosive power drills, speed, and rotational strength.
- **Movement-Based Training**: Aap squat rack pe match nahi khelte (You don’t play on the squat rack). I train you for real game movements.
- **Science-Driven Methods**: CSCS certified, I use sports science. Har cheez ka reason hota hai (Everything has a reason). No random workouts.
- **Sprint Technique Coaching**: Sprinting is a must. It’s the best power builder for athletes, better than most gym stuff.
- **Mindset & Discipline**: Training smart and hard, building consistency and mental strength. I want you to BE AN ATHLETE.
