When we switch dogs from commercial kibble to our fresh, gently cooked meals, the change starts from the inside out. You will notice less shedding, better digestion, and way more energy within just a few weeks of consistent feeding. It is not magic, it is just biologically appropriate nutrition that finally makes sense for their bodies. Most people do not realize that the dull coat, the lethargy, or the constant 'tummy trouble' their dog has is a direct result of a poor diet. The commercial pet food industry relies on high-heat processing that destroys vital nutrients, forcing them to add synthetic vitamins back in to meet minimum standards. That is not how your dog was meant to eat. At Bau Chow, we do the opposite. We use human-grade meat, fresh organs, and seasonal vegetables. When you look at our meals, you can actually identify the ingredients—there is no mystery brown dust here. ### Why the Results Speak for Themselves * **Energy Levels:** Dogs on our fresh diet are not just 'hyper,' they are healthy-active. They have the fuel for real play and recovery. * **Digestive Health:** By removing fillers, corn, and artificial preservatives, we see a massive reduction in gas and stool size. Their bodies actually use the food they eat. * **Physical Condition:** Whether it is a shiny coat, strong posture, or maintaining a healthy weight, proper protein ratios (50-60% meat) make the difference. ### Transitioning in Bangalore If you are in Bangalore and dealing with a dog that has allergies or just seems 'off' on their current diet, come talk to us at our Koramangala facility. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We build custom plans based on age, breed, and specific health markers. From novel proteins like Emu for sensitive stomachs to slow-cooked bone broths for joint support, we provide the tools to finally get your dog off the processed bag and onto real food. ## About Bau Chow I started Bau Chow because I was tired of watching big brands push processed filler as food for our pets. Every recipe I cook is something I would feed my own rescue pitbulls, Peaches, Nike, and Baarbara. We do not do corporate shortcuts here, just real meat and veggies to keep your dogs living their best lives.
