This ensures our athletes peak exactly when the competition demands it, rather than burning out during off-season training. Success in the pool doesn't happen by accident. At BAC, we believe in a 360-degree approach to athlete development that goes far beyond just logging laps. When a child joins our Junior and Youth squads, they are stepping into a system designed to forge resilience and technical precision. ### The Training Pathway Our athletes follow a structured progression. We move from foundational stroke mechanics to advanced race pacing, supported by mandatory dry-land gym conditioning. We use surface cameras for stroke breakdown and track lap times to ensure our swimmers are shaving off crucial seconds. ### Beyond the Pool We recognize that races are often won in the mind. That is why our program includes mental resilience coaching to help young swimmers handle the immense pressure of competition. We also provide on-campus physiotherapy and recovery protocols, including ice baths, because we understand that keeping a young athlete injury-free is as important as the coaching itself. ### Why Our System Works Our coaching team, led by Dronacharya awardees, brings decades of experience to the poolside. We treat every win, whether at a CBSE South Zone meet or the Junior Nationals, as a result of a collective effort between the swimmer, the parents, and our gurus.
