It is the result of years of consistency, starting with twice-daily water sessions at our Basavanagudi facility and structured dry-land conditioning. When you see our swimmers on that podium, you are seeing the outcome of a carefully planned periodization cycle, from pre-season building to competition tapering, guided by coaches who have been shaping India's best swimmers since 1986.

Championships are won in the training lane long before the competition begins. At Basavanagudi Aquatic Centre, we treat every session with the intensity of a final race. Our elite squads follow a disciplined regimen that combines high-volume swimming in our 50m Olympic-standard pool with mandatory dry-land gym conditioning.
