They started as messy, vulnerable drafts shared during a Sunday session at our Indiranagar space. Our process isn't about lecturing; it's about peer critique and accountability. When you join us, you are not just signing up for a class, you are finding an ecosystem of beta readers, editors, and friends who will keep you writing until your project is actually finished. Writing in isolation is hard, but finishing a manuscript is nearly impossible alone. We built this workshop to solve that. Our methodology focuses on moving you from the 'serial first drafter' phase to a polished, ready-to-publish author. We provide the structure through our foundation courses, but the real magic happens in the community. Our writers have gone on to launch anthologies like The BWW Book of Emerging Poets at venues such as the Bengaluru Poetry Festival and Champaca Bookstore. We celebrate every win, whether it is a poetry collection like Sarita Talwai's Everyday Haiku or national recognition like Bashari Chakraborty's Ukiyoto Award for Best Woman Writer. Here is how we help you get there: * **Critique-First Approach:** We replace boring theory with rigorous peer and mentor feedback. You learn to edit by deconstructing your work and the work of others. * **Real-World Exposure:** From organizing launches at Atta Galatta to sharing excerpts on platforms like Scroll.in, we guide you on how to present your work to the world. * **Accountability Groups:** Our alumni batches and writing retreats provide the sustained support needed to push through writer's block and complete your manuscript. If you have a story stuck inside you, stop waiting for the 'perfect time.' Bring your draft to our next workshop, and let's get it published. ## About Bhumika Anand I'm Bhumika, and I started this workshop because I wanted a space where stories felt real, not manufactured.
