Whether you join our classic 8-week course at Work365 Indiranagar or our online cohort, expect your drafts to be dissected with care. We take our craft seriously, but we don't take ourselves seriously—which is why our graduations involve potlucks at Cubbon Park rather than stiff ceremonies. ### The BWW Approach We built this community to stop you from being a 'serial first-drafter.' Our workshops, led by mentor Bhumika Anand, focus on deconstructing narratives. You won't find traditional lectures here. Instead, you get 80% peer-critique and 20% craft analysis. We break down POV, character dynamics, and narrative structure until your story actually works. ### Courses for Every Stage Our flagship BWW Classic course runs over 8 weeks, turning vague ideas into finished pieces. For those ready for more, our advanced genre tracks—like the Poetry and Short Fiction workshops—move beyond foundations into publication readiness. We are proud to have supported writers like Bashari Chakraborty, who went on to win the Ukiyoto Award, and many others featured in the 'BWW Book of Emerging Poets.' ### Beyond the Page This is a support system. We host the BWW Short Story Award to encourage new voices and keep the literary scene in Bengaluru vibrant. Whether you are joining our online cohort to master memoir writing or stepping into our physical studio for deep-dive character analysis, you are joining a network that stays with you long after the workshop ends. This is where you find readers who get your work and friends who cheer for every win. You walk in a stranger and leave with a tribe. ## About Bhumika Anand I started BWW in coffee shops with a simple dream of connecting writers. Today, it has grown into a space where strangers become family and stories find their soul. I am here to help you get unstuck, hone your voice, and finally finish the project you have been putting off.
