When you join our workshops at Work365, you are not just signing up for 15 hours of lectures. You are entering a circle where cake-cutting, spontaneous outings, and honest, late-night critique sessions are the standard. We hold each other accountable through the messy middle of the writing process, ensuring you stay committed until your story is actually finished. Writing is often a lonely pursuit, but it does not have to be that way. Here, the 'lonely writer' trope dies. Our community is built on the belief that feedback should be kind but unflinching. Whether we are dissecting Jungian archetypes in a classroom or sharing a meal after a grueling Sunday session, the focus is always on genuine human connection. The BWW culture thrives on the balance between professional growth and mutual support. We know that imposter syndrome is real and writer's block is tough. That is why our cohorts function like a safety net. You will find peers who are also wrestling with their manuscripts, and mentors like myself and Kalpana who guide you through the psychological side of storytelling. It is not a school where you clock out at the end of the day. It is a support network that continues in group chats and at local cafes long after the five-week course concludes. If you are looking for people who will cheer for your word count as loudly as they do for your life milestones, you have found your tribe. ## About Bhumika Anand I started BWW to create the space I needed as a writer: a place where you are challenged, held accountable, and celebrated. We are a messy, joyful, and deeply serious bunch of humans who happen to love writing. Join us and find your writing tribe.
