We run 4-5 sessions weekly where VEO AI cameras record every move, giving players instant tactical feedback on their positioning and decision-making. You will see the difference between just kicking a ball and playing with purpose on our 11-a-side turf. Transitioning from grassroots to our elite squad means stepping up the intensity. We focus on tactical discipline, physical endurance, and game intelligence. Our U11-U18 squads are built on the Total Football philosophy, where every player learns to adapt, think quickly, and contribute to the team unit. ### Data-Driven Development We use data-driven insights through our VEO AI video analysis. Players watch back their matches and practice sessions to understand where they went wrong or what they executed perfectly. This isn't just about fitness; it's about building a football brain. ### The Competitive Pathway We field teams in the KSFA Youth Premier League and Pyramid Sports Development League. Dedicated strength and conditioning drills ensure our players are physically ready for the demands of competitive football. Our AFC-licensed coaches treat every player as an aspiring professional. We keep pathways open for trials in our senior teams and state-level recommendations. ### What to Expect * **Training Intensity:** 4-5 sessions a week, 90 minutes each, on full-sized 11-a-side turfs. * **Regular Feedback:** Parents receive updates on player progress, injury management, and tactical development. * **No Shortcuts:** We believe in the grind. If your child is ready to push their limits and wants to compete at the highest level in Bangalore, this is the environment for them. ## About Bangalore City FC We are the Lions, and we build footballers for life.
