Our AFC licensed coaches use data-driven assessments to track agility, decision-making, and game intelligence. Whether you are aiming for our U12, U14, U16, or U18 squads, come prepared to show not just your technical skill, but your work ethic on the pitch. ### Your Path to Pro At Bangalore City FC, we believe in a clear, merit-based pathway. We don't just run drills; we run an ecosystem where talent gets noticed. Players who make the cut for our elite squads get access to KSFA youth leagues, VEO AI video analysis, and specialized strength and conditioning programs. ### What We Look For When you show up for trials, we are looking for players who fit the 'Total Football' philosophy. This means: * **Intelligence:** Can you read the game and make quick decisions under pressure? * **Technique:** Are you comfortable with ball mastery, receiving, and passing? * **Attitude:** Do you work for your teammates? We prioritize players who demonstrate resilience and discipline on the field. ### The Selection Process 1. **Registration:** Reach out via WhatsApp to confirm the next open trial date for your age group. 2. **Assessment:** You will go through a structured session including warm-ups, tactical drills, and match-play scenarios. 3. **Feedback:** Selected players receive an evaluation and an invitation to join our academy, with scholarship opportunities available for standout candidates. Please remember to bring your Aadhar card and birth certificate to the venue for age verification. We scout for U9, U11, U13, U15, and U18 categories regularly. If you have the passion, we have the platform. Let's get to work. ## About Bangalore City FC We are Bangalore City FC.
