This ensures that every drill on the pitch at our Hennur or Hegde Nagar venues is based on current, competitive standards rather than outdated textbooks. ### Our Coaching Philosophy We believe in building the 'total footballer.' This means our training goes far beyond simple drills. We focus on strength and conditioning, tactical awareness, and mental toughness to prepare players for the demands of competitive football. Every coach on our team understands the local landscape, having navigated the same leagues and challenges our players face today. ### AIFF-Certified Expertise All our head coaches are AIFF C-License certified. This means they are qualified to teach modern tactical positioning, advanced pressing, and the technical movements required for elite-level play. By keeping our coaching ratios low, usually 1:12 or 1:15, we ensure that every player gets individual attention and feedback during every session. ### International Mentorship Through our partnership with Football Events International, we bring in UEFA-licensed mentors who provide a global perspective. This collaboration helps us integrate innovative coaching methods and scouting opportunities, giving our players a platform to be noticed by larger academies and professional scouts. ### How We Plan Your Growth We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Our coaching team conducts regular strategy sessions to build Individual Development Plans (IDP). We track progress through video analysis tools, allowing players to visualize their posture, positioning, and tactical decisions. Whether you are a beginner in our U7 grassroots program or an athlete in our U16 elite squad, your growth is mapped out with a clear path in mind. ## About Bangalore City FC We are the lions of Bangalore, driven by a belief in building footballers for life. Our coaches are not just here to blow whistles; they are mentors and active players who are just as invested in your progress as you are.
