We actually break down the physics of movement, teaching you why certain holds work for a dynamic move and why others need a precise, technical crimp. We use real Makita impact drivers and competition-grade volumes from brands like Cheeta, so you get the exact same experience as a pro setter. By the end, you will look at every wall in the gym differently. Route setting is half science and half intuition. When you climb, you often wonder why a route feels flowy or frustrating, and this course pulls back the curtain on those design choices. Whether you sign up for the 1-day fundamental clinic or the 3-day intensive, you get full access to our professional inventory. We cover drill safety, torque settings, and the anatomy of holds, including slopers, jugs, and pockets. ### What you will learn: * **Physics and Flow:** We discuss vectors and friction management to create movement that feels natural yet challenging. * **Forerunning:** You will climb your own creations, testing them for reach and difficulty to validate the V-scale grade. * **Tools of the Trade:** Gain confidence handling impact drivers, T-nuts, and heavy fiberglass volumes. This isn't theory. You will be on the wall, stripping old holds and setting new problems that peers will climb and review. It is about moving past the idea that holds are just randomly stuck on a wall. Whether you are a dedicated climber wanting to understand your gym better or someone interested in pursuing setting as a skill, this is the place to start. We host these sessions right here at our Bengaluru center. ## About Manikandan Kumar I am Mani, and I have spent years climbing on some of the toughest walls in the world.
