When I plan your birthday bash, I look for ways to make the setup reflect the person we are celebrating. Whether it’s choosing a color palette that matches their favorite outfit or placing custom marquee letters that spell their name in just the right spot, I make sure the backdrop feels personal. You tell me if you are hosting at home or picking a cafe, and I will show up early to make sure everything is camera-ready before the surprise happens. Planning a birthday involves more than just balloons. My goal is to capture that split-second look of joy when someone walks into a room and realizes you went the extra mile for them. ### How We Work Together I specialize in versatile setups across Bengaluru. If you have a specific vibe in mind—maybe it’s a black and gold theme for a 25th birthday or a soft, fairy-light-filled canopy for a romantic gesture—we will make it happen. I bring the marquee letters, the balloon arches, and the neon signs so you don’t have to hunt for props. ### Where I Can Set Up * **At Home:** From living room corners to terrace spaces, I transform familiar areas into celebration zones. * **Cafes & Pubs:** If you have a favorite spot in Koramangala, Indiranagar, or elsewhere in the city, I coordinate with the venue to get your decor up without a hitch. * **Remote/Long Distance:** Even if you aren't in Bengaluru, I can plan, coordinate, and execute a surprise for your loved one, complete with video updates and reliable delivery. ### Customization Matters Your photos deserve a great backdrop. I work with high-quality balloon gradients, shimmer curtains, and mood lighting to ensure your pictures look professional. If you want to include personal photos, custom cake toppers, or specific message boards, just let me know during our planning chat. Let's make this day worth remembering. ## About Ranjitha Radhakrishna I’m Ranjitha, and I run Bangalore Planners with one simple mission: to help you spread joy.
