Whether it is a Janmashtami corner or an intimate home event, I design spaces that feel personal, cozy, and totally yours. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A unique and modern setup I designed for a Janmashtami celebration. This features a pink tent-like structure for the deity, adorned with floral bouquets and surrounded by elephant figurines and other traditional elements, creating a playful and devotional corner.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/49756415-1f02-4c14-a788-df961ecb2825) ## About Other Festive Celebrations For the Janmashtami setup you see, I skipped the standard temple backdrop. Instead, I built a soft pink tent with fresh floral runners and antique-style brass elephants. It shows that even a small corner in your home can feel sacred and celebratory when you balance modern aesthetics with traditional devotional energy. People often think festive decor is limited to readymade backdrops, but I love working on what I call 'meri marzi ki malkin' setups. Whether it is a Janmashtami corner, a special puja, or an impromptu family gathering, the goal is to stop 'basic' from happening. I focus on elements that add texture and warmth. Think hand-painted signs, specific color palettes that match your home, and styling that invites people to sit and stay. For Mumbai clients, I travel up to 45km from my Grant Road studio to ensure your setup is handled personally. My process starts with a chat about your vision and the mood you want. I handle the design-vesign, from sourcing the right marigolds or tuberose to placing the fairy lights. You do not have to worry about the logistics of sourcing props or fixing backdrops because I manage the entire installation. If you have a specific festival or celebration in mind, we can talk about custom themes that go beyond the usual. Let’s make your next celebration personal and uniquely yours. ## About Balloons & Confettii I'm Isha, the founder and full-time malkin at Balloons & Confettii.
