When setting these up in Mumbai apartments or banquet halls, I use specialized, wall-safe mounting techniques so your venue remains clean while the setup stays sturdy all evening. You do not need to worry about the structure leaning or falling during the party. A great event starts the moment a guest walks through the door. My entrance and backdrop setups are designed to give you that 'wow' factor immediately. ### How I Build Your Setup Each project begins with selecting the right frame. I work with 6ft circular metal rings, rectangular frames, or shimmer panels depending on the vibe you want. If you are going for a modern look, I suggest a black or silver shimmer wall paired with chrome balloons. If it is for a kid's birthday, I often use themed Sunboard cutouts alongside organic balloon garlands. ### Why the Details Matter - **Balloon Garlands:** I use a mix of 5, 10, and 12-inch balloons to create that full, organic look you see in professional photos. No gaps, just color. - **Lighting:** I bring LED Par Can lights to wash the backdrop in specific colors. This makes a huge difference in how your photos turn out, especially in dimly lit venues. - **Signage:** I provide neon signs like 'Happy Birthday' or 'Oh Baby' to act as the centerpiece. If you need something specific for a milestone like a 1st birthday or a 50th anniversary, let me know in advance. ### Practical Tips for Booking - **Space:** Measure your wall or entrance width before booking. A standard 6ft backdrop needs at least 7-8 feet of clearance to look good in photos. - **Surface:** I can set up on almost any floor, but let me know if you are at a venue with restricted drilling or tape usage so I can bring the right standing frames. - **Setup Time:** I usually arrive 2 hours early to inflate and assemble everything on-site. You just need to be ready to enjoy the party. ## About Sparkling Event Management I'm the person behind the balloons you see.
