For these birthday setups, I use high-quality metallic or pastel balloons that stay up for hours, and I make sure the foil banner placement is exactly where they will look first. If you have a specific color theme in mind, like black and gold or blue and silver, just let me know, and I will match it perfectly. Surprising someone at home is all about the reveal. When I arrive, my focus is on transforming your space from a regular room into a dedicated party zone. ### How I Setup Your Surprise * **The Balloons:** I use 70-120 metallic or pastel balloons for the floor and ceiling. I use soft removable tape to protect your paint, so you don't have to worry about damage. * **The Details:** I handle the banners—whether it is 'Happy Birthday' or a name banner—to ensure they are the centerpiece of the room. * **Customization:** Whether it is a classy black and gold vibe for an adult or a bright, colorful theme for kids, I have the colors to match. ### Why Book With Me? I know the pressure of pulling off a surprise. I handle the stress of setup, cleanup, and timing. My pricing starts at ₹1299, keeping it affordable for everyone in Delhi NCR. If you want to add a personal touch, I can bring chocolates, flowers, or a custom bouquet to complete the setup. My goal isn't just decoration; it is seeing that genuine smile when they walk in. I am here to make sure your surprise goes exactly as planned. ## About Decoration Wala I am Decoration Wala.
