Our team completes setups in 45 to 120 minutes depending on the package, which means we can coordinate with you to have the room ready exactly when you need it. Whether you are planning a surprise in a hotel suite or refreshing your own bedroom, our birthday setups are designed for maximum impact. We offer three distinct tiers of decor to fit your budget and space. Our Classic Wall and Bed Decor is the perfect entry-level option. It includes 30 wall-mounted balloons, a foil letter banner, and a rose petal heart arrangement on the bed. It is quick, clean, and gets the job done. For a bigger visual statement, our Signature Ceiling Balloon Decor creates that floating look. We use 60 to 80 balloons attached to the ceiling with long ribbons, covering the floor in extra balloons for a high-volume effect. This setup also includes premium foil text and star or heart-shaped accents. If you really want to go all out, our Romantic Cabana and Fairy Lights package constructs a private canopy tent using sheer drapes and LED lights. We create a rose petal pathway leading to the bed, making it ideal for high-impact celebrations. We operate across Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. You pick your color theme like bold black and gold, classic blue and silver, or romantic rose gold, and we handle the installation. Our decor is built to look great in photos and stay standing for your entire party. ## About Balloons Affair We are Balloons Affair, and we live by one rule: celebrate everything.
