I usually recommend checking your power points beforehand, as I rely on them for the marquee lights and neon signs. If your space is on the smaller side, we can focus on a single statement arch or a backdrop ring to keep the area open for guests while still looking festive. Setting up outdoors in Bengaluru comes with its own set of rules, and I plan my work to account for them. Whether you have a windy terrace, a compact garden lawn, or a covered balcony, I adjust the installation so the decorations stay secure and look good all day. ### Why Outdoor Setups Work Differently - **Weather and Wind:** Since we are outside, I prioritize structure. For wind-prone rooftops, I use specific weights for the circular rings and ensure backdrops are properly anchored. - **Power Access:** My setups—especially those with marquee numbers, neon 'Happy Birthday' signs, and fairy light canopies—need a power source. Please ensure you have a standard plug point near the setup area so I can conceal the wires cleanly. - **Lighting:** Most outdoor parties start in the evening. I use a mix of warm string lights to create a canopy effect, which makes a big difference in how the space feels once the sun goes down. ### The Setup Process When you book an outdoor theme, I visit the site or look at photos of your space to plan the layout. For a typical terrace transformation, I bring the backdrop, the balloon garland, and the props, which takes about 90 minutes to assemble. If you want a specific vibe—like a tropical theme with palm leaves, or a clean white-and-gold look—let me know during our first chat so I can source the right materials. ## About Balloon Decoration I am a local decorator here in Namma Bengaluru who loves turning rooftops and gardens into party spots.
