For every setup, I analyze the ceiling height, floor space, and lighting to ensure the decor enhances the room rather than making it feel crowded. Whether it is a 200-balloon organic garland in a banquet hall or a quick car boot surprise, I focus on structures that look great in photos and stay standing for the duration of your party. ### My Approach to Event Decor My goal is to make planning your party as stress-free as possible. I handle everything from the initial design to the setup and, where required, the teardown. **For Kids' Parties** I love bringing characters to life. Whether it is a 'Little Krishna' theme with peacock-feather floor prints or a superhero setup with custom cutouts, I focus on the details that kids notice. My standard kid's packages include everything from arched backdrops to marquee letters and thematic props. **For Adult & Milestone Events** For 21st, 50th, or 60th celebrations, I lean toward a more polished look. This includes shimmer walls, neon 'Happy Birthday' or 'Oh Baby' signage, and metallic balloon arches in black, gold, or rose gold themes. These setups are designed to act as a proper photo booth area for your guests. **Space Planning** * **Small Spaces:** I specialize in compact, high-impact decor for living rooms and terrace parties. I use ceiling balloons and wall-mounted arches to save floor space while creating a festive vibe. * **Big Venues:** For banquet halls, I use larger truss frames, 300+ balloon arrangements, and LED PAR lights to ensure the decor doesn't get lost in a large room. **Practical Details** * **Customization:** If you have a specific color palette or a niche theme (like a chess tournament or a football fan party), just let me know. I can source specific character cutouts or props. * **Booking:** For standard setups, I require about 3 to 5 days notice. If you have a last-minute request, please reach out via WhatsApp immediately to check my current availability. ## About Balloon Decoration We are a local Bengaluru team who loves the energy of a good celebration.
