For these setups, we prioritize sturdy, high-visibility installations—like reinforced balloon arches, stage backdrops, and activity stall decor—ensuring everything is secured to handle high footfall and event-day activity. When you are planning a large-scale event, the decor needs to do two things: look great and stand strong throughout the day. We have handled setups at venues like Mother’s Pride and other local community spaces, where precision and durability matter. ### Why Our Large-Scale Setup Works - **Sturdy Installation:** We don't just stick balloons to the wall. For big events, we use structural frames and specialized mounting to ensure arches and backdrops remain in place even in busy, high-traffic areas. - **Event-Ready Timing:** We understand that large venues have strict event schedules. Our team is trained to execute complex setups—from balloon gates at the entrance to full stage backdrops—within your specified timeline. - **Customized Themes:** Whether you need a vibrant yellow and gold theme for a traditional Haldi, or a bright, multicolored theme for a school carnival, we align our balloon color palette and prop selection with your specific event branding. - **Add-on Coordination:** We don't stop at balloons. If your event needs that extra touch, we can integrate marquee numbers, neon signage, and even arrange for fun rentals like bouncy castles or magic show props, making us a one-stop shop for your party needs in Gurugram. ## About DR Event & Decor We are the team behind Balloon Decoration Gurgaon, handling the big setups for your special days.
