Whether it is a surprise balloon drop at midnight or a massive entrance arch, I bring all the necessary gear—ladders, industrial rigging, and professional air pumps—to get the job done in under three hours. I map out the rigging points and layout with your venue manager before I even arrive, so there are no delays on the day of your event. ### Making Your Big Event Stand Out When you have a massive space to fill, you need a plan that actually sticks. I do not just hang a few balloons; I study the architecture of your banquet hall, office lobby, or rooftop venue. For large-scale events, I focus on structures that last the entire day—be it grand staircase garlands, entrance arches, or overhead balloon drops for product launches. ### My Setup Process * **Site Planning:** If you are hosting a large corporate gala or a festival event at a venue in Gurugram or Delhi NCR, I prefer to understand the ceiling height and attachment points beforehand. This helps me bring the right frame and mounting gear. * **Balloon Drops:** This is a crowd favorite for corporate announcements and New Year parties. I rig a release net filled with hundreds of balloons, timed exactly for your big moment or countdown. * **Cleanup:** For these big setups, my team handles the dismantling. We collect our frames and clear the space, so you are not left with a mess after the celebration ends. ### Why My Setup Works I use commercial-grade latex and secure rigging that does not pop under the heat of stage or banquet lights. Whether it is an Independence Day celebration at a local salon or a New Year’s rooftop party, I ensure the colors pop and the structure stays firm throughout your event. ## About Sanjay I am Sanjay.
