We start with a full BWCS basketball assessment. This isn't a generic session. I break down your game—shooting mechanics, defensive stance, and athletic conditioning—on camera. Then, we build a roadmap specific to your gaps, not a cookie-cutter plan. The training you see with the actors and athletes I work with is exactly what you get. I don't change my coaching style based on who is on the court. Whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete, the standard remains the same: hard work, consistency, and no shortcuts. ### The Pro Approach My program focuses on what actually wins games. We spend significant time on game situation drills and video analysis. By reviewing game tape, we identify your decision-making patterns and refine your court IQ. It is about learning to read the play, not just memorizing moves. ### What We Focus On - **Physical conditioning:** Building the strength and agility to survive a high-intensity game. - **Mental toughness:** Developing the mindset to perform under pressure and fatigue. - **Injury prevention:** Recovery is part of the training.
