For our youngest 'ballers', we focus on hand-eye coordination and concentration drills through play. As you move to the competitive level, the intensity ramps up significantly with advanced video analysis, game IQ, and high-performance conditioning. Whether you’re five or fifty, I customize the drills to match your body’s needs and your personal ambitions. ### Your Journey, My Coaching Basketball is a lifelong game, and my role as a coach is to meet you exactly where you are today. * **The Foundation Years:** For children starting out, the court should be a playground. We use games and fun drills to build motor skills, concentration, and a genuine love for the game. No pressure, just progress. * **The Competitive Grind:** For teenagers and young athletes aiming for school, college, or national teams, we shift to disciplined practice. This includes mastering fundamentals, defensive footwork, and game strategy. * **Adult Development:** It’s never too late to start or refine your game. I work with adults who want to get fit, learn the nuances of shooting, or simply pick up a new skill in a structured environment. ### Why Train With Me? I am a FIBA Certified Coach with experience from IMG Academy. My training isn't just about the physical; we integrate mental toughness, decision-making, and nutrition guidance. We train where it’s convenient for you—be it the Tau DeviLal Sports Complex, Khan Market, or your own local court across Delhi NCR. We don’t skip steps. We analyze your game tape, identify your specific weaknesses, and build a roadmap to turn them into your biggest strengths. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you. ## About Balling With Sanjeev I’m Coach Sanjeev, but my students just call me 'bade bhai'. I’ve lived the game from grassroots to professional levels, and I’m here to make sure you don’t just play—you dominate. If you’re ready to treat the court like home and the game like family, you belong in our #ballinfam.
