Whether we are training at Tau DeviLal Sports Complex or your local court in Delhi, our first session is a technical assessment to identify your weak spots, from shooting mechanics to defensive footwork, ensuring our training plan is as unique as your playing style. My coaching philosophy is simple: success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, and sacrifice. As a FIBA-certified coach and IMG Academy alumnus, I have seen what it takes to play at the highest levels, and I bring that same intensity to every student I coach. We start with the basics for beginners and move to advanced game-situation drills for competitive players. I utilize high-tech tools like the Dr. Dish shooting machine to provide immediate, actionable feedback on your shot mechanics. But the work extends beyond the physical. We spend time on game IQ, decision-making, and the mental toughness required to handle the pressure of a real match. My programs are flexible to fit your life. Whether you need intense 1-on-1 mentorship, mini-group sessions, or full-team training, we work on a schedule that keeps you consistent. I travel across the Delhi NCR region, so we can train at a venue that works for you. If you are serious about basketball and willing to put in the sweat now to shine later, you have found your spot in the #ballinfam. ## About Balling With Sanjeev My students call me 'bade bhai' because for me, coaching is more about family than just training. I treat every player like a younger sibling, pushing you to work harder while being the one in your corner when you hit a slump.
