We use these sessions to identify your specific decision-making gaps under pressure. Unlike open pickup games where you might get lost in the noise, I record these runs to review your spacing, defensive rotations, and shot selection after the session. True growth in basketball happens when you move from static drills to live match situations. My sessions are structured to bridge that gap. We host regular scrimmages because reading the game is just as important as mastering your crossover. Whether we are at Insfire Sports in Sector 62 or Tau DeviLal Sports Complex, the intensity remains high. We focus on specific aspects during these runs: - Spacing and Off-ball Movement: Most players stand still when they do not have the ball. We teach you to cut, screen, and relocate. - Defensive Rotations: You learn to talk on defense, cover for teammates, and rotate when the ball moves. - Shot Selection: Taking a shot is easy. Knowing when to take it based on the clock and match context is what separates a player from an athlete. These sessions are open to all, whether you are preparing for a local league or just want to test your handles against serious defenders. We break down clips to show you where you hesitated and where you dominated. If you want to stop guessing and start playing with purpose, come join the run. ## About Balling With Sanjeev I am Coach Sanjeev, and I treat every student like my younger brother.
