Whether we are using the Dr. Dish shooting machine to lock in your mechanics or focusing on proper stretching and active recovery after a high-intensity session, my goal is to build a foundation that prevents injury. You only get one body for this sport, and my job is to make sure you can play it at a high level for years, not just for a season. Success is no accident. In our sessions, we strip away the shortcuts and focus on the process. Many players look for quick fixes, but real improvement comes from consistency and understanding the 'why' behind every move. ### The Holistic Approach When you train with me, we look at the complete athlete. This isn't just about shooting or dribbling; it's about basketball IQ and decision-making. - **Mental Strength:** We do focus drills and mental toughness exercises to keep you composed when the game is on the line. - **Game Strategy:** From pick-and-roll reads to team defense concepts, we analyze game situations so you know exactly what to do when the pressure is on. - **Injury Prevention:** We integrate specific mobility and recovery routines. Staying on the court is as important as the practice itself. ### Where We Train I am currently coaching across key locations in the National Capital Region. You can find me at Insfire Sports in Sector 62, Gurugram, or at the Tau DeviLal Sports Complex in Sector 38.
