Whether it's a high-traffic commercial balcony or a private rooftop garden, my team handles the complete setup, from moisture-resistant WPC deck flooring to custom pergolas, ensuring your new space stays low-maintenance and beautiful through Delhi’s harsh weather. ### Your Outdoor Space, Done Right Many people in Delhi NCR struggle with how to use their balconies. It either gets dusty, becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes, or feels unsafe for kids. I focus on creating spaces that solve these issues while looking great. **How I Approach Your Project:** * **Flooring that Lasts:** Whether you choose WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking or artificial grass, I prioritize drainage. Water-logging is the number one enemy of balcony flooring in our climate, so I ensure the base is prepped for proper runoff. * **Safety Without the Jail Look:** If you are on a high-rise floor, I install invisible balcony grills. They provide 400kg of strength without ruining the view or making you feel caged. * **Greenery That Stays Fresh:** I don't use materials that fade in the sun after a month. My vertical gardens and grass turf are UV-stabilized, meaning they keep their color even after years of exposure. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do you handle the civil work?** I handle the decor, flooring, and fabrication. If your floor needs basic leveling or major civil repairs, I will let you know during the site visit. **Is the flooring waterproof?** Yes. I exclusively use WPC for decking and high-density artificial turf with porous backings. These are designed to withstand rain and direct sunlight without rotting or needing constant maintenance. **What about mosquitoes?** It is a common concern. I install stylish, easy-to-use pleated mosquito mesh doors that keep the insects out without blocking the airflow or the beauty of your new balcony. ## About DecoratorChhavi Hi, I'm Chhavi. I started DecoratorChhavi because I saw too many balconies being used as junk rooms instead of spaces to actually live in.
