When I plan a terrace or balcony makeover, the first thing I check is drainage and weight load. Whether it is a pergola installation or WPC deck flooring, I make sure the materials are waterproof and termite-proof, so you do not have to worry about maintenance after the monsoon season. A great balcony or terrace makeover is about making the space usable, not just pretty. In my featured projects, you will see how I solve common problems in Delhi NCR apartments and homes. For instance, my wooden deck flooring is WPC-based, which means it stays cool in summer and survives heavy waterlogging without rotting. I do not believe in temporary fixes or cheap pasting that peels off in a month. When I install artificial vertical gardens, I use a rigid mesh framework that lasts for years, not just a few seasons. If you look at the pergola setups, those are not just for shade; they are built with anti-rust MS structures and polycarbonate roofing that can withstand wind and heat. Every project you see here started with a 3D design to ensure the layout fits your specific floor plan. Whether you have a small apartment balcony in Greater Noida or a sprawling terrace in Jaipur, my goal is to give you a spot where you can actually sit out with a cup of tea, rain or shine. ## About DecoratorChhavi I am Chhavi. I started DecoratorChhavi because I saw so many homes where the balcony was just a storage room, total wasted potential. I do not give generic advice. I work with you to plan the layout, fix the flooring, and install green walls so you actually end up using the space.
