Whether you need a heavy-duty pergola for monsoon protection or a lightweight composite deck to keep the heat out, we ensure your rooftop setup is as functional as it is beautiful, handling the installation from start to finish. We approach every terrace as a blank canvas with specific challenges. Our team does not just place furniture; we create distinct functional zones. If you are dreaming of a rooftop bar with custom lighting, we assess the structural viability and use materials like WPC decking, which is anti-termite, water-resistant, and built to handle Delhi's extreme weather. For spaces that need more privacy, we install laser-cut screens or high-density vertical gardens that effectively block out city noise without sacrificing airflow. We manage the mess of construction—including the civil work, stone cladding, and electrical setups—so your only job is choosing the finish and the seating. Whether it is a full pergola-covered lounge for entertaining guests or a simple, curated green oasis for your morning coffee, we deliver a space that stays vibrant through the seasons. By mixing natural stone, artificial turf, and weather-proof furnishings, we ensure your terrace remains your favorite part of the home with minimal maintenance. ## About Balcony Concepts We love seeing a dull, empty terrace turn into a green corner for chai or a fun nook for friends. We take care of everything—from the civil work and plumbing to sourcing the perfect planters—so you do not have to manage multiple contractors.
