That is why our subscription is built for real life—you can pause your meals whenever you are traveling or on leave, so you never pay for food you do not eat. It is reliable, just like a home kitchen, not a rigid delivery app. When you are stuck at the office, lunch often becomes a choice between 'heavy' hotel food that makes you sleepy or 'bland' diet food that makes you sad. My goal with Balanced Meal has always been simple: to bridge that gap with ghar jaisa khana that actually fuels your afternoon. ### Why Our Clients Switch Many of our clients come to us after being tired of the same oily curries from online apps. They stay because the food feels different. * **Nutritionist oversight:** Every meal plan is designed by me. If you have specific goals—like weight loss, diabetes management, or just getting more protein—we adjust the macros without sacrificing the taste. * **Reliable Delivery:** We work with Mumbai’s dabbawala network to ensure your lunch reaches you exactly between 11:30 and 1:30. No delays, no missing orders. * **The 'Ghar Jaisa' Promise:** We use simple, fresh ingredients cooked in rice bran oil. No preservatives, no soda, and no frozen nonsense. Whether you are ordering for yourself or setting up an office wellness plan for your team, you get real food that tastes good and keeps you active until the end of the workday. ## About Balanced Meal Hi, I am Azima. I started this because I saw how bland, unhealthy office lunches were killing everyone's afternoon productivity. Every meal you see here is designed by me to give you proper ghar jaisa khana that actually fuels your workday.
