Every sponge, from my dark chocolate to my vanilla fruit, is made from scratch using fresh ingredients. The difference in flavour is something you can actually taste, and it is a commitment I make for every single order. After 15 years as a teacher, leaving my career for health reasons felt daunting, but it led me to my daughter's favorite hobby. Baking. What started as a messy, trial-and-error experiment in our kitchen became my second calling. I never went to culinary school. I learned by doing, failing, and trying again. I believe in real art. When you order from me, you are not just getting a cake. You are getting the result of hours of work, from hand-piping flowers to sculpting figures without relying on plastic toppers. I often share tips on my page, like why chilling your cake is vital for sharp ganache drips or how to use a stencil without smudging whipped cream.
