For these custom designs, I prioritize structural integrity using denser sponge bases, so even unconventional shapes—like anti-gravity or figurine-heavy cakes—stay perfectly stable and moist for your entire celebration. Every cake in this gallery started with a client who dared to ask, 'Can you actually make this?' Whether it is a sibling roast, a mash-up of Cocomelon and Money Heist, or an ode to a shopaholic friend, these designs are where my creativity feels the most alive. Because these cakes often require specific shapes or intricate fondant work, I use denser, sturdier sponge bases—typically chocolate mud or ganache-based—to ensure your design holds up under the weight of the decorations. We never use eggs, but we absolutely do not compromise on flavor or texture. You get the same rich, moist taste that my signature cakes are known for, just with a lot more personality. If you are planning a surprise for a friend or family member in Mumbai, the process is simple. Send me your theme, a reference photo, or even just a messy sketch. I will translate that into a delicious reality. Since I am based in Andheri East, I coordinate local delivery across Mumbai to ensure your centerpiece arrives in one piece, ready for the big reveal. Remember, these are not just desserts; they are conversation starters. If you have an inside joke that needs to be immortalized in frosting, or a theme that nobody else understands, let's talk about it. I have handled everything from badminton rackets to luxury shopping bags, and I am always looking for the next impossible challenge. ## About Bakers Delight by Pooja I am Pooja, the hands and heart behind Baker’s Delight.
