My clients often tell me they are surprised by how closely the final cake matches their initial vision, whether it is a complex AI-generated design or a sketch from their daughter's notebook. It is never just about baking a cake, it is about respecting the trust you place in me to create that exact moment you imagined. I spent 15 years teaching, and I think I brought some of that patience and attention to detail into my kitchen. When a parent sends me a photo of a cake their child loved, or a client shares a message about how a dessert was the perfect surprise for an anniversary, it reaffirms why I left the classroom to start baking. ### Why my clients trust me with their big days * **Collaborative Design:** I do not just take orders. I take your inspiration photos, AI concepts, or sketches and adapt them to be structurally sound and delicious. If you have an idea, we will talk about how to make it a reality. * **Reliability:** I know that a cake is often the centerpiece of an event. Whether it is a small birthday gathering in Powai or a larger family celebration across Mumbai, I prioritize consistent, eggless quality and secure transportation. * **Personal Connection:** Many of my clients have been with me for years. Watching families grow from a first birthday cake to their child's seventh birthday is an honor. I am not just a vendor; I am someone who wants your celebration to be perfect. ### How we can start your story If you are planning an Annaprashan, a first birthday, or just want a cake that tastes as good as it looks, reach out. I handle everything from the custom fondant work to the final delivery. My process is transparent and I always appreciate a heads-up on your preferred flavors and themes early on so we can get every detail right. ## About Bakers Delight by Pooja I’m Pooja.
