For intricate 3D fondant characters or structural designs, I recommend booking at least 3 to 4 days in advance so I have enough time to prepare your order perfectly. I left a 15-year career in teaching to follow my love for baking. Now, my kitchen is where stories are told through sugar and sponge. Every cake you see in this collection is 100% eggless, handcrafted, and designed specifically for the person it is intended for. I understand that a cake is often the centerpiece of your event. Whether it is a soft pastel floral design for a 90th birthday, an airplane themed cake for a 3rd birthday, or a fun number tart for a first milestone, I focus on the flavor as much as the look. I work with premium ingredients to ensure that while the cake looks impressive, it tastes even better. ### Why custom matters I do not just bake cakes. I build edible stories. If you have an idea, a mood board, or even a rough drawing, bring it to me. I love the challenge of translating your thoughts into a delicious reality. From whipped cream barrel cakes to complex fondant figurines, I handle various styles to suit your party size and theme. ### My Process - Consultation: We start with your theme, occasion, and guest count. - Customization: I suggest flavors and finishes that align with your vision. - Crafting: From my kitchen in Andheri East, I bake and decorate to order. - Delivery: I deliver across the Mumbai metropolitan area to ensure your centerpiece arrives in perfect condition. Feel free to browse my past work and reach out if you have a specific vision for your next celebration. ## About Bakers Delight by Pooja I am Pooja, a former teacher who swapped the classroom for the kitchen.
