Whether you have a specific AI-generated reference in mind or just a fuzzy theme like pastel safari, I sketch it out first to ensure we get the tiny figurines—from baby elephants to traditional Annaprashan symbols—exactly right for your celebration. Your baby’s first milestones are fleeting. Whether it is an Annaprashan ceremony, a half-birthday, or a first birthday, my goal is to make a cake that feels like part of the celebration itself. I specialize in 100% eggless sponge cakes that are structurally sound for those detailed, handcrafted fondant figurines. ### Tradition Meets Sweetness For Annaprashan cakes, I focus on the cultural details—the tiny rice bowls, the traditional topor, and the books or pens that symbolize future success. It is about honoring the ceremony, not just decorating a cake. I love helping families blend these meaningful traditions into a dessert that tastes as good as it looks. ### From Concept to Cake Have an AI image or a rough sketch? Bring it to me. I walk you through the design process, including digital sketches for complex ideas, so you know exactly how the jungle animals or baby angel toppers will look before I bake a single layer. ### Safety & Quality I use sturdy boards and food-safe structures, especially for multi-tier designs. Since I deliver across Mumbai, my packaging is designed to keep every delicate piece, like a fondant rainbow or flower, intact until it hits your table. Because I bake from home in Andheri East, you get a fresh, made-to-order cake that hasn't been sitting on a shelf. ## About Bakers Delight by Pooja I started baking after leaving my 15-year teaching career, and now I pour that same patience into every baby milestone cake. My kitchen is all about creating edible stories for your little ones, ensuring every topper is handcrafted by me and every sponge is 100% eggless.
