Since I bake everything from scratch, please plan for a 48-hour window so I can source fresh ingredients and give your design the care it needs. Milestones are rarely about just the cake, as they are about the history you are celebrating. Whether you are marking a golden jubilee or an anniversary, I focus on capturing the spirit of the day through custom flavors and designs. ### Customization beyond the basics My anniversary cakes are a departure from standard bakery designs. I prefer working with real couverture chocolate and fresh fruit chunks rather than artificial essences. If you want a Kahlua-infused dark chocolate cake for an adult celebration, I soak the sponge layers generously to ensure the flavor profile is deep and balanced. For milestone birthdays, I use semi-fondant or cream-based designs featuring acrylic toppers or themed props to set the scene. ### The process Everything is made-to-order in my Mumbai kitchen. I do not use mixes, so the texture of your sponge depends entirely on the fresh eggs or high-quality flour used in that specific batch. This approach allows me to accommodate requests, such as making your celebration cake eggless or adjusting the sugar levels to your preference. ### Practical details Because I bake fresh, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all orders. This timeline allows me to prep the fillings, bake the base, and let the flavors settle before delivery. Whether you need a square, round, or tall-barrel cake to fit your venue, let me know the vibe of your event when you reach out. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and can help guide you on the right size based on your guest count. ## About Nidhi I am Nidhi, and I bake every cake in my own kitchen, just for you. My daughter’s 18th birthday taught me that the best cakes are the ones that carry a personal message, so that is exactly how I approach every milestone order.
