I patiently soak the sponge layers with premium Kahlua or dark rum so every bite is moist and aromatic. Since I need to balance the alcohol intensity with the sweetness of the ganache, please let me know if you prefer a subtle hint or a stronger spirit-forward profile. For adult-only celebrations, my approach is straightforward. I use real ingredients because it makes a noticeable difference in the final taste. Whether it is a deep, coffee-forward Kahlua cake or a traditional festive rum cake, the quality of the spirit matters as much as the quality of the flour and eggs. Tips for ordering your boozy cake: * **The Soak:** I do not just glaze the cake. I soak the sponge layers in premium spirits, which means the cake needs time to mature and settle. This is exactly why I ask for at least 48 hours of notice to prepare your order. * **The Pairing:** I find that dark chocolate ganache works best with Kahlua, while my rum-based recipes are often lighter or spiced to suit the festive season. * **Customization:** If you have a specific liquor preference or a milestone event in mind, just let me know. I can adjust the strength of the infusion to your liking. These cakes are strictly for adults. If you are planning an anniversary, a milestone birthday, or a cozy evening at home, these bakes add a touch of warmth to the occasion. Because everything is made to order in my kitchen, you are getting a fresh, handcrafted product every single time. ## About Nidhi Hi, I am Nidhi.
