I do it for the moments when you try my Tres Leches and stop to savour the flavour. Being named a finalist for Promising Talent at the India & International Cake Magazine Awards was an incredible surprise, but the real reward is knowing that the love I put into every eggless batch is reaching your table and becoming part of your celebration. I never set out to win awards. I started Bake O Holic to share the desserts I love, specifically the ones that do not need fancy fondant to shine. My focus is always on the texture, whether it is a 300g tub of Rasmalai Tres Leches or those gooey, Belgian chocolate-topped brownies. Being a finalist for the India & International Cake Magazine Awards in the 'Promising Talent' category was a major milestone. It was not just about the title; it was about knowing that the baking community and my clients appreciate the effort I put into perfecting these recipes. When I am in my kitchen, experimenting with a new kunafa filling for a cupcake or balancing the saffron in a dessert tub, I am thinking about how it will taste at your event. This recognition is a reflection of the trust you have placed in me. It pushes me to keep experimenting with fusion flavours and maintaining the high standard you expect.
