My designs use structural chocolate ganache to hold complex shapes instead. This means you get a cake that looks like a centerpiece but actually tastes like a high-quality dessert. Your guests enjoy every slice, and the structure stays stable even in Mumbai's humidity. I believe your cake should reflect the person it is for. Whether you want a hyper-realistic Vada Pav cake for a foodie friend, a board game layout for a game night, or a multi-tiered carnival structure, I start by mapping out the design to ensure it is both structurally sound and delicious. Because I work from a home kitchen, I prioritize freshness over mass production. My signature style is 'non-fondant'—I use smooth Belgian chocolate ganache for the base, reserving fondant only for the tiny, hand-sculpted details. This keeps the sweetness balanced and the texture rich. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, from Borivali to Colaba, using secure transport setups so your centerpiece arrives looking exactly as we planned. Since every custom order is unique, I recommend reaching out at least 10 days in advance so I can source the right toppers and prepare the sponge. If you have a reference image or just a vague idea, send it my way. We can figure out the flavours and structural possibilities together. ## About Bake O Holiic I'm Ruchita, and I believe a cake is more than just a dessert.
