## About Sweet Beginnings: Baby Showers & Welcome Cakes

I don't use heavy fondant layers that hide the cake's flavour. Instead, I use smooth, rich Belgian chocolate ganache to create clean, elegant designs—whether it is a classic teddy bear theme or a modern 'Oh Baby' aesthetic—that actually taste as good as they look.

When you are expecting a new arrival, every detail matters. I believe a baby shower cake should be a centrepiece that celebrates that excitement without compromising on taste. That is why I specialize in non-fondant, ganache-based cakes. You get that sharp, professional finish and incredible flavour from premium ingredients like Belgian chocolate, without the sugar overload of traditional fondant coatings.

Whether you need a cake for a gender reveal with a surprise inside, a naming ceremony, or a baby shower for a friend, I treat each design as a custom project. I love incorporating personal touches like birth stats, baby shoes, or specific colour palettes that match your party decor. If you have an idea—like a 'What will it bee?' theme or a cute swing setup—share it with me. I enjoy the challenge of turning your vision into a delicious reality.

My cakes are designed to be sturdy, which is crucial in Mumbai. I have perfected the art of assembling multi-tiered or heavy-topper cakes so they arrive at your venue in Borivali, Santacruz, or across the city looking exactly as intended. I work with you to understand your requirements, ensuring the cake is not just a dessert, but a part of your family’s story. Since I focus on eggless, high-quality ingredients, you can rest assured that your guests will enjoy every slice.
