It was about creating rishtey (relationships). Whether it is re-frosting a cake at 2 AM because it shifted in transit or spending sleepless nights mastering techniques at the School for European Pastry, every detail matters. I do not believe in shortcuts or margins over quality. I believe that if you feed people with love, they will keep coming back. ### From a Small Rohini Kitchen to Bakeofy Bakeofy didn't start with a big studio or fancy equipment. It started in my home kitchen in Rohini. I was 22, scared out of my wits, and had zero orders during my first Rakhi season. But I kept at it, learning from every mistake. ### Why I Don't Take Shortcuts I have learned that the hard way is the only way that builds real trust. When a cake collapses, I don't make excuses. I ask the client to bring it back, I fix it, and I make sure the celebration is saved. That is the kind of accountability I bring to every order. ### Skill Meets Passion My journey isn't just about the hustle. It is about the craft. I studied at the School for European Pastry (SEP) because I wanted to offer more than just basic sponges. I wanted to master the art of the perfect ganache, the chemistry behind eggless textures, and the engineering required for those grand, multi-tiered wedding showstoppers. ### Building Rishtey (Relationships) An auto driver who has delivered my cakes multiple times once told me, 'Itni young age mein apna business kar rhe ho, bahut acha kaam kr rhe ho beta.' That moment defined everything for me. It is not about ROI or margins. It is about choti choti baatein (little things) that make big memories. When you order from me, you are not just getting a cake.
