I hand-sculpt every figure myself, which is why I need a bit of lead time to get the details right. If you have a specific theme or character in mind, send me a reference picture—I love a challenge. When you choose a themed cake, you aren't just buying a dessert; you are looking for a centerpiece. That is exactly how I approach every order at Bakeofy. Whether it is a Tom and Jerry cake with soft pastel shades or a heavy-duty gym-themed truffle cake for a fitness lover, the goal is always to make the cake feel like a piece of the person it is for. ### Why I Focus on 100% Eggless Being a home baker in Delhi, I know how important it is for families to have an inclusive celebration. Every single cake, from my minimalist designs to complex multi-tiered structures, is 100% eggless. I do not take shortcuts. If the design requires sculpting, I use high-quality, food-safe mediums to ensure the flavor stays fresh. ### The Process: From Idea to Reality I am a one-person team, so I handle the baking, the decorating, and the final packaging myself. If you are planning a theme, here is how we can make it happen: - Share the theme: Whether it is a Barbie cake for a 10th birthday or a car-themed cake for a kid who prefers models over essays, just tell me what they love. - Choose your base: We can go with a moist chocolate truffle, a classic vanilla, or even Lotus Biscoff if you want something trendy. - Flexibility: Need a specific shape or a carousel topper? As long as it is physically possible, I will find a way to build it. ### Dealing with the 'Tension' Honestly, custom themes can be stressful to transport. This is why I double-check every dowel and support beam before it leaves my kitchen in Shalimar Bagh. If you are worried about the cake surviving the drive or the setup, just talk to me. I have delivered from local birthdays to surprise orders across the city, and I always ensure the cake reaches you looking exactly like the photos you see here. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain Hi, I’m Aastha.
