Because I insist on baking in small, focused batches to keep the quality consistent, I usually close my booking slots 3-4 days before the big day. If you have a specific vision, like a themed design for a holiday, please ping me a week early so I can plan the details without any last-minute stress. From Christmas mornings to Father's Day surprises, I treat every festival order as if I am baking for my own family. My kitchen in Shalimar Bagh turns into a festive workshop, where the focus is on creating memories through taste and design. ### Why my festival bakes are different * **Small Batch, Big Heart:** I don't mass-produce. When you order for a festival, I dedicate time to get the details right, whether it is the hand-piped messages for a Mother's Day cake or the precise theme for a Valentine’s gift. * **100% Eggless Quality:** All my festive treats, from brownies to tiered cakes, are strictly eggless. I use premium ingredients because I believe that festival food should be safe and delicious for everyone to share, from Dadu-Dadi to the little ones. * **Theme Integration:** I love the challenge of themed bakes. If you want something specific for Rakhi, Independence Day, or even a local festival, tell me the story behind it. I can work with custom toppers, specific color palettes, and even incorporate photos or personal messages. ### How I handle holiday pressure I won't lie, holiday seasons can be overwhelming—*tension ki toh baat hi matt kro*. This is why I have a strict booking process. By planning your order in advance, you help me manage the kitchen chaos and ensure that your cake is fresh, stable, and ready exactly when you need it. I personally handle the logistics to ensure your festive centerpiece reaches you in perfect condition, whether you are in Rohini or anywhere across Delhi NCR. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain I am Aastha, the 22-year-old malkin behind Bakeofy.
