Honestly, figuring out the mechanics for those was a 'tension ki toh baat hi matt kro' (don't even talk about the stress) moment, but seeing the pure wonder on a child's face when the wings start fluttering is exactly why I do this. It is not just cake; it is a little engineering project that tastes like heaven. Every cake I bake is 100% eggless, but for me, the 'eggless' part is the baseline. The real work happens in the customization. Whether you are looking for a sharp-edged, floral-adorned engagement cake or a playful, rotating car-themed design for a birthday, I focus on the details that make it yours. I started Bakeofy from my home kitchen in Shalimar Bagh and now I handle everything from the initial design consultation to the final on-site assembly at venues across Delhi NCR. If you choose a multi-tier cake, I personally handle the structural engineering—using dowels and sturdy boards—to ensure it survives the transit and looks perfect when it arrives. My approach is simple: I do not take shortcuts. I use premium coverture chocolate, fresh exotic fruits, and high-quality whipping cream. I am transparent about my process, including the times when things go wrong and how I fix them. When you order from me, you are not just getting a dessert; you are getting a cake made with the same care I would put into a treat for my own family. If you have an idea, no matter how complex or quirky, let's talk about how we can make it edible. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain Hey, I'm Aastha.
