They start at 1kg and give you that grand, multi-tiered look without the overwhelming size of a wedding cake. I personally handle the floral arrangements for each piece, so whether you prefer soft lavender tones or classic pinks, we can match the cake to your specific vibe. Minimalism in baking is not just about removing elements; it is about making every detail count. When I design these cakes, my focus is on texture—smooth ganache, sharp edges, and purposeful decoration. ### The Scallop Shape Trend I have been experimenting with the scallop shape lately, and it has quickly become a favorite. It adds a subtle architectural beauty that does not need much else. I usually pair this with fresh orchids or baby's breath flowers. It is perfect for those who want something that looks like it came straight out of a Pinterest mood board but tastes like home. ### Why Minimalist Works for Intimate Celebrations Many of my clients in Delhi-NCR ask for grand designs for smaller guest lists. That is exactly why I started the mini-tier collection. You get the height and the visual impact of a large cake, but the portion size is just right for 10-15 people. ### Flavor Meets Aesthetics Just because it looks simple does not mean it lacks depth. Whether it is a Nutella base for a birthday or a Lotus Biscoff design with gold accents, I ensure the flavor profile is as memorable as the design. All my sponges are 100% eggless, so you never have to compromise on that soft, pillowy texture. If you have a specific color palette or theme in mind, let me know. I am always open to trying something new, provided it fits this clean, elegant aesthetic. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain I am Aastha, the 22-year-old behind every bake at this kitchen. I started this in my home, and I am still the one piping every swirl and placing every flower by hand. I am not about mass-production; I am about making sure your cake feels like a piece of art that is meant to be eaten.
