When this client asked for a last-minute flavor change, we didn't panic or say no; we did a quick sample tasting to ensure the quality held up. Whether it is packing individual gold-foiled chocolates or getting the sticker placement exactly right, we treat every single box with the same care as if it were for our own family. When I got the call for 80 return-favor hampers, I admit I was nervous. This was significantly larger than any order I had managed alone. But my bakery in Shalimar Bagh is built on relationships—what we call *rishtey*—so I knew we could figure it out. ### The Process Behind the Bulk Efficiency is the only way to manage a project this size without losing the quality. For this 1st birthday project, we broke it down into four days. * **Day 1:** Production. We spent the day making 1,500 chocolates. My mom, sister, and nephews stepped in to help with the tedious wrapping process. * **Day 2:** Customization. We pivoted based on a client's request for a different teacake flavor. This is why I always keep sample batches ready—it’s about getting it right, not just getting it done. * **Day 3:** Assembly. We baked 20kgs of our Vanilla Choco-Chunky Teacake and prepped the cookie jars. * **Day 4:** Final Packaging. We focused on the presentation. From the pink bows to the custom 'Saisha’s 1st Birthday' stickers, the visual consistency is what makes a return favor feel premium. ### Why it Matters People often ask if I get stressed with these numbers. Honestly, *tension ki toh baat hi matt kro*, but when you see 80 hampers lined up, all looking perfect and ready to be delivered, it’s the best feeling in the world. If you are planning an event in Delhi NCR and need return gifts that your guests will actually eat—and enjoy—let’s talk. I handle everything from small birthday favors to large corporate gifting, and I always ensure the packaging matches your event theme perfectly. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain I’m Aastha, a 22-year-old baker running Bakeofy from my home in Rohini.
