They are the perfect pick-me-up for your office desk, a long road trip, or an evening chai session when you want something that tastes exactly like home. ### Why My Travel Cakes are Different When I started Bakeofy, I wanted to create treats that didn't just look good in photos but actually tasted good days later. My travel cakes, like the Vanilla Blueberry or the wholesome Atta Gur, are baked to be robust. You won't find any chemical preservatives or vegetable oil here. I stick to pure ingredients because that is how I bake for my own family. ### Freshly Baked in Shalimar Bagh Everything you order is baked fresh in my kitchen in Shalimar Bagh. Whether you are in Rohini or anywhere across Delhi NCR, I pack these with extra care so they reach you in perfect condition. - **Atta Gur Cake:** This is my personal favorite for the health-conscious. It uses whole wheat and jaggery, loaded with dry fruits, making it a guilt-free indulgence. - **Vanilla Choco Chunky:** Soft vanilla sponge packed with generous chocolate chunks. It is a crowd-pleaser for a reason. - **Cookie Jars:** My Oats Butterscotch and Almond cookies are batch-baked until they hit that perfect crunch. I pack them in airtight jars, so they stay crisp for days. ### Perfect for Gifting My cookie jars and mini loaves are frequent favorites for festive hampers and return gifts. Because I handcraft everything in small batches, I can customize the packaging to match your occasion—be it a birthday, anniversary, or a simple surprise for a friend. If you have a specific craving or need to stock up your pantry with eggless, artisanal snacks, just drop me a message. I am usually in the kitchen, and I love helping you pick the right flavors. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain I’m Aastha, and I started Bakeofy because I wanted to share that warm, 'home-baked' feeling with everyone in Delhi NCR.
