Every single bake here is made to order in my home kitchen in Shalimar Bagh using real couverture chocolate and dairy butter, as I never use stabilizers, premixes, or vegetable oils to cut corners. ### Why My Bakes Feel Different I started Bakeofy at 22 because I realized there was a gap between what people wanted—premium, eggless, honest desserts—and what was actually available. When you see these photos, you are looking at small-batch baking. I do not have a factory line, and I do not have massive inventories sitting on a shelf. Every cake, jar, and brownie is baked only when you order it. ### The 'No-Compromise' Ingredient List It sounds dramatic, but I really mean it when I say I bake like I am feeding my own siblings. * **Chocolate:** I only use couverture chocolate, not compound, which makes a huge difference in the gloss and the depth of flavor. * **Eggless Promise:** I specialize in 100% eggless recipes that actually have the right texture. Whether it is a light sponge or a dense brownie, you will not taste the difference. * **Travel-Friendly:** Many of these items, like my tea cakes and cookies, are specifically designed to be travel-friendly, so you can carry them across Delhi-NCR without worrying about them losing their shape or freshness. ### Can I Customize My Order? Yes, absolutely. Since I handle everything from the mixing to the final packaging, I can easily tweak things. Want a specific message on a box for a birthday? Need a particular flavor combo for a hamper? Just let me know. I prefer talking to you directly so we can make sure your order is exactly what you envisioned. If you are planning an event in Shalimar Bagh or anywhere in Delhi, feel free to reach out a day or two in advance. It helps me manage my kitchen schedule so I can give your bake the attention it deserves. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain I am Aastha, the 22-year-old baker behind all these treats. I started Bakeofy in my kitchen with a simple rule, if I would not feed it to my own family, it does not leave my oven. Everything you see here is made by me, in small batches, because I believe quality should always come before margins.
