When I see messages like 'I trust you in any case' it is a huge reminder that I am baking for life's milestones, from engagements to surprise treats. I make sure every box leaves my kitchen in Shalimar Bagh with that same level of trust packed inside. People often ask me how I manage the stress of running a bakery at 22. Honestly, it is all in these chats. When someone sends me a picture of the cake on their table or texts me saying their family loved the Tiramisu, all the late-night baking becomes worth it. I started this journey with zero orders and a lot of nerves, so every review you see here represents a massive step forward for me. Whether it is the three-tier engagement cake I sent out or the simple brownies meant for a Friday night, I am genuinely grateful that you choose to include Bakeofy in your stories. If you are wondering about quality, these messages are the proof. From my FSSAI-registered kitchen, I focus on small batches to keep the quality consistent. I do not use shortcuts because I am feeding your family, not a factory. Thank you for the trust, the DMs, and for making Bakeofy a part of your celebrations across Delhi. ## About Bakeofy By Aastha Jain Hi, I am Aastha.
